“We must learn what customers really want, not what they say they want or what we think they should want.” - Eric Ries
Dr. Bakul Gupta
Medical device for detecting the onset of epileptic seizures
The idea behind our technology is to use biocompatible nano- materials for the detection of electrical signals in the brain.
Dr. Deborah Adkins
Interactive tool allowing homeowners and stakeholders to physically interact with their replica HOUSE and receive immediate digital information.
Dr. Daniel Malko
Utilising atmospheric oxygen to oxidise organic molecules without energy input
Developing a safe and unique technology to significantly reduce the energy and cost required for the cleaning of industrial wastewater”
Dr. Gregory Craven
Covalent drug discovery
Applying a novel fragment-based screening platform to rapidly develop covalent drugs against traditionally “undruggable" proteins.
Dr. Florence Gschwend
Commercialising the BioFlex process; a chemical process enabling the use of unwanted waste wood for the large-scale production of materials, chemicals and fuels.
Dr. Hamidreza Alidousti
Total Shoulder Replacement System
Developing a unique and disruptive minimally invasive approach to Total Shoulder Replacement.
Dr. Geraldine A. Torin-Ollarves
High-Speed
Micro Sampler-Injector
This versatile new technology can be used as a sampler, an injector or a flow-control valve in an automated and reliable way, working in a wide range of temperatures and pressures.
Dr. David Yates
Our technology is able to rapidly and wirelessly recharge everything from small, low power devices such as phones to large, high power devices such as electric vehicles.
Dr. Marin Sawa
Solar Bio-battery
Collaborative research has demonstrated the scalable fabrication of a paper-based BPV using a simple inkjet printer. Fully printable on plain paper, consisting of a printed layer of electron-producing cyanobacteria.
Dr. Richard Ahlfeld
